Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms govern use of the AQ Score service (the “Service”) provided by the operator of aq-score.com (the “Company”) and define the rights, responsibilities, and liabilities of the Company and users.

2. Service content

The Service provides an online quiz for assessing practical AI capability, result reports, blog and guide content, and related features. The Company may change, add, or discontinue features to improve service quality.

3. User responsibilities

• Users must follow applicable laws and these terms.
• Use may be restricted for false submissions, disruption of operations, or abnormal access.
• Users must not infringe another person’s copyright, reputation, privacy, or other rights.
• Excessive automated requests and attempts to bypass security controls are prohibited.

4. Intellectual property

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Service’s content, question design, UI/UX, and brand assets belong to the Company or the appropriate rights holder. Users may not copy, distribute, adapt, or commercially use these materials without prior permission.

5. Disclaimer

AQ test results are reference information for understanding a user’s AI usage tendencies and capability. They are educational and informational, and do not replace decisions about employment, hiring, law, medicine, finance, or other professional matters. The Company does not guarantee that results are fit for a particular purpose or complete.

6. Service availability

The Company may temporarily restrict or suspend the Service for maintenance, incident response, security issues, or force majeure. Where practical, advance or follow-up notice will be provided.

7. Changes to these terms

The Company may revise these terms within the limits of applicable law. Material changes will be announced before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes related to use of the Service will be handled by the competent court under applicable law.
